SHIPPING & PRODUCTION
Most items are made to order unless marked as blemished or RTS (Ready to Ship). Production time typically ranges from 3 to 10 business days. Orders by default are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which generally delivers within 2–5 business days, excluding Sundays. All items are securely packed to ensure safe delivery.
If you are needing an order quickly, we do offer rush processing for an additional fee which can be purchased under "Rush Processing".
If you need your order by a certain date please contact us first to ensure we can accommodate your request.
RETURNS
We accept returns of unused items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping). Items should be in their original packaging and sent to the return address listed on the original shipping label.
To ensure safe delivery, returns must be shipped with tracking, and the tracking number should be provided to Galactic Gizmos 3D through the website chat.
Please note: We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Q: Will the color placement of Rainbow PLA vary on each item?Yes, the color placement of Rainbow PLA will vary on each item. Due to the nature of the filament, the colors transition at different points, making each printed item unique. This variation is part of the charm of using Rainbow PLA.

Q: What is the difference between regular PLA and silk PLA?Regular PLA has a matte finish and is available in a wide range of colors. Silk PLA has a more shiny finish. Silk PLA is a bit more fragile than regular PLA, but the trade off is often well worth it!

Q: How can I track my order from Galactic Gizmos 3D?A: Once your order is shipped from Galactic Gizmos 3D, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier's website. Just click the link and enter the tracking number to see the status of your delivery in real-time. If you have any trouble or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to galacticgizmos3d@gmail.com or using the websites chat feature. *Please note: USPS will occasionally miss scanning in a package, which will leave your package in a "pre transit" status until your package is delivered. Do not fret! Your package should still arrive within the specified time frame.
